Excess Deposit:

You are required to pay an excess deposit, which is fully refunded, in case the car has no damage, otherwise, part of the money will be used for repairing the car in case of any damage, i.e The hirer will be refunded fully in cash upon return of the car, only if  the vehicle  returns in the same condition, when it was taken.

Driver guide or chauffeur hire service costs $30 per day, which caters for his meals, and accommodation. Over time, beyond 7:00pm, you will be required to pay an amount of $10.

What We need in order to reserve the 4×4 Toyota Rav4

A copy of your passport, driving license, full contact details and a full commitment fee is required for the car to be reserved in your names following the number of days hire will be required before or on collection of vehicle. If You must hire a car from us.

Age Limit:

you must be 23 years old and more, with a valid driving license of Your home country, and full payment will be required before you pick up your rental car.

Insurance.

The Insurance covers only covers the car’s, Head Collusion and theft, but not Personal Life Insurance. Therefore, you are urged to come with your personal life insurance.

The insurance, does not cover damage caused by negligence, such as driving when drunk, wheels/rims, cigarette burns.

While other car parts like; Tyres, tools, windscreen, side mirrors or any burned vehicle part to the interior of the vehicle, radio /MP4 screen, reversing camera, lights, body parts, engine parts or any other parts related to the vehicle, accessories among others, is a full responsibility of the hirer (customer) for any loss of any damage, not forgetting the actual towing storage impound and other related expenses.

In case the car also gets damaged under the influence of your driver’s negligence,  you shall be debited for any damage caused to the engine/ battery, radiator or cylinder head among others.

When an accident happens, you are urged to notify the police only if it is another party’s guilt to be taken care of, because it is from this statement that the operator will use to claim the car insurance for the damage caused.

The Excess insurance charged by the operator for a 4WD Toyota Rav4 is  $500 from the client.

Excess Deposit:
