How do I reserve my coaster bus?

All quotations are given following the availability of the vehicle. Any extra charges will be identified separately and will be the hirer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Seating Capacity

Each bus has a specific number seating capacity for which it was designed, but a car rental East Africa reservation shall, at the time of booking, agree and specify the legal seating capacity of the vehicle prior to the pick-up date.

Boarder Crossing

The company must be informed early during reservations about border crossing. This should be done at least 72 hours before the pick up date, so that we can obtain specific border crossing documents that will guarantee you to ta cross state borders with East Africa.

The Written authorization that will allow our cars to cross Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, should be obtained from Car Rental East Africa, otherwise we will not accept any responsibility if the hirer is denied entry into another country.

A COMESA insurance License fee is applicable and the fee depends on the number of travelers, number of days the car will spend in that particular country.

Lastly, any other cross border charges are payable directly at the border.
